Troubleshooting

The banner isn't showing: Refresh the page after installing. Tabs opened before installation won't show the banner. The banner is also intentionally disabled on a few sites (the Chrome Web Store and Google account pages).
My balance reset: The balance in the banner shows today's earnings and resets daily. Your accumulated total is preserved and will be visible when payout accounts launch.
A website looks broken with the banner: Some sites with unusual fixed headers may overlap. Email us the site address and we'll ship a fix. That's the most useful bug report you can send.
How do I uninstall?: Right-click the Mangobacks icon in your toolbar and choose "Remove from Chrome", or go to chrome://extensions. All data collection stops immediately.

How much can I earn?: You are paid up to 50% of the revenue.
How do I get paid?: Balance accumulates automatically. Payout options are coming soon.
Is my data secure?: Yes. Your data is encrypted, earning is anonymous, and we never sell it.
Can I uninstall anytime?: Yes, go to Chrome extensions to remove Mangobacks.
